Coming from the rustic town of Ipoh, Timothy Lim Wern Liang began his musical journey and his involvement with the creative arts at a very young age. He was actively involved in music and musical projects especially in the youth and worship ministries. He started learning guitar at the age of 12 which subsequently led him to learn other instruments such as the drums, bass and also lead guitar. By the age of 13, he has already been serving as a musician and worship leader in his hometown church of St. Peter's, Ipoh.

Fast forward to today, he is serving as one of the pastors in Faith Christian Centre, as English zone pastor and worship pastor.

Besides ministry, Timothy is also a singer-songwriter that has 2 albums and a few singles online. It is a project that was birthed from his initiative to create an impact in the Malaysian music scene.

Tim’s songs are always aimed at reaching out to people with a theme that reflects on decisions we make in life and the challenges we face as it can be a learning experience where we can see our strengths and weaknesses as long as we have the learning passion that drives us all.
